Why are there NO yield signs on any on ramp to routes 91 and 291 within the city limits of Springfield?
**********************************************************************************************************************************We referred your question to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (massDOT). Their response was that they are going to take a second look at that stretch of roadway to ensure that it is in accordance with the Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD).

If you have any further questions, you can contact massDOT at 413-582-0599.

I AM WRITING AN E-MAIL TO THE CHIEF OF STAFF/GENERAL COUNCIL OF THE BBRS AND WANT TO "COPY" SECRETARY OF PUBLIC SAFETY, MS. HEFFERNAN ON IT....BUT THERE DOES NOT SEEM TO BE ANY E-MAIL ADDRES FOR HER OR EVEN FOR THE EXECTUTIVE OFFICE OF PUBLIC SAFETY (HER OFFICE). PLEASE ADVISE.

THANK YOU,
